The 2U Mobile Phone Unlocking system is totally automated which means you will be instantly and automatically sent an email to the address you specify. Make sure this

NOTE: Codes can occasionally not work. We will endevour to get you a replacement code in this event. Simply,
if the unlock codes you are sent do not work, you can email the Unlocking Experts at unlocking

These Unlocking Terms & Conditions are supplemental to the Purchase Terms and Conditions.
- You will be emailed a set of instructions in order for you to unlock the phone for which you enter details. The unlocking code and instructions relate only to this phone
and should not be used on any other phone.
- Unlock Instructions: You need to enter the unlock code into your phone by following these instructions;
1. Remove your sim card. This is usually found under your battery (See your hand book for more info).
2. Turn phone on
3. When the phone asks you to insert a sim card type in this code

If after 2 attempts you still receive a message 'code error' or any unsuccessful message, do not make any further attempts. Contact us at

WARNING:
Further attempts may render the phone impossible to unlock by this method and will require a cable solution. We will not be held liable for your costs if this happens.
- The code you are given is what you are purchasing. 2U, its affiliates and its parent company cannot be held liable or responsible for any failure to make that code unlock
the phone, or for any subsequent failiure of the phone as a result of any deviation from the strict instructions above.
- The unlocking process may restore your phone to its original settings. You need to be aware that if you have contact details stored on the phone (rather than the SIM card),
these may be cleared. 2U and MPW will not be liable for any removal of data or details from your phone.
- You will be sent the code for the phone you specify. If you enter incorrect details 2U and MPW will not be held liable for your error. Where possible you may be given an alternative
code but there is no guarantee of a refund once the product has been sent in good faith.
